Order Cancellation

• Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Prescription medicine orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as they involve verification and pharmacy processing.
• In rare exceptional cases, if cancellation is approved before dispatch, a small administrative charge may apply.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is:
  • Damaged on arrival
  • Expired or near-expiry
  • Incorrect product delivered
• All damage or mismatch claims must include a full, uncut unboxing video as mandatory proof.
• Medicines that are opened, used, or tampered with after delivery cannot be returned.
• Cold-chain products, insulin, injections, or temperature-sensitive items are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only after Medisync verifies the complaint and return request.
• Eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Delivery charges and service fees are non-refundable unless the error is from Medisync.
• Refunds are not issued for orders placed with incorrect prescriptions or wrong product selection by the customer.

Delivery Issues

• If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, the order will be marked as failed and will not be refundable.
• If your product is delayed due to courier issues or unavoidable situations, Medisync will support you but cannot be held responsible for third-party delays.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To raise a valid return or refund request, follow these steps:

2. Submit Proof: Share the required unboxing video or supporting documents.
3. Verification: Our support team will evaluate your claim within 24–48 hours.
4. Return & Refund: If approved, the product will be collected or processed as applicable, and refund will be initiated.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Orders cancelled after packaging or dispatch.
• Opened, used, or tampered medicine strips/bottles.
• Orders missing an unboxing video for damage or mismatch claims.
• Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
• Temperature-sensitive or special-handling medicines.
